I found them fantastic for all my familys alterations. Our daughter had her wedding dress tailored to fit here. No probs.

Dreadful service. Avoid at all costs. Made a complaint about the service we received when taking up a wedding dress and the company then refused to complete the work and charged us £25 for work carried out, which was pinning up the dress then after making the complaint, removing the same pins. Unprofessional, rude and unpleasant people. Avoid at all costs!
