The Window Warehouse Ltd, in Oldbury

Well manufactured windows but installation was rushed and poor finish. Unfortunately company neglected things and damaged few things around house including cracking slab by drilling on it, scratching handles and UPVc, leaving gaps in external sealant, dragging windows over newly laid drive causing white streaks everywhere etc. Did not seal sills on window and doors allowing wind and ants (infestation) to enter home. Windows were catching and workman (now fired) used crowbar instead of de-glazing, tearing rubber gaskets and losing some of the draught-proof qualities. Company is not a cowboy outfit but our experience has been poor. Sadly after almost two months and the workmen returning three times to repair what was done we still have a front door that does not lock and torn rubber gaskets due to the crowbar use which may have damaged the hinges too. All in all regret using this firm.
