Birmingham Crew DJ's in Birmingham

These djs are unprofessional. I hired the Birmingham Crew and met with Harvey twice to discuss the my wedding reception. He gave me the impression he was going to be the DJ. On the night another Dj turned up who was not fully briefed. In summary:
-The replacement DJ was below standard, he sounded like a beginner.
- We asked for the first song to be started in a certain way and the DJ did not do this.
- Even when I asked for certain music not to be played he did so.
- The DJ played music with swearing in it, when I asked them not to do so.
- The DJ allowed guests to dictate the evenings events. He did not ask for permission to do this and it was very embarrassing for us.
I even paid Birmingham Crew extra money to ensure they did good set, but I was very disappointed. These guys are very unprofessional.
