Turned up on time, but the first thing the driver asked was where is it we are going and how do I get there, this was booked 2 weeks prior, my parents had to direct them the whole way, which made my dad who is 80 very anxious,then the driver advises that he will collect them, I had not booked a return so I did no more than phone them immediately and advised that they were not collecting for the return journey, Oh it's a misunderstanding, don't worry. But they turned up, the driver was obviously not happy because he thought he had a fare. The car on the outside was very dirty and not the car I was expecting, and when I phoned them tonight, the operator does not know who owns the company! So I need to call back at the weekend and speak to who I booked the taxi with, who is not the owner, but is a driver. Whey Hey - not very good.
