Midland B.M Ltd in Oldbury

I ordered an engine from Midland BM, I inspected the engine prior to fitting and found a severely worn crankshaft and a cracked cylinder head, in short, what I had been sold was just a big lump of mixed scrap. Midland BM were informed of this only six days after delivery, and I was promised that they would collect it, and once they had their engine back they would refund my money. Twelve weeks later I managed to get the engine back to them, and now after 18 months and over 50 phone calls, each time I am fobbed off with lame excuse, I am still waiting for my money. Midland BM are the worst company that I have ever done business with. In my opinion, to call themselves BMW experts is laughable, I wouldn't trust them to service a wheel barrow.
