Bathrooms Galore in Yardley, Birmingham

Can honestly say I am really happy I went with bathrooms galore. Easy to deal with and honest competent staff. A+

Had a kitchen fitted with all built in appliances not cheap several appliances broke within weeks. Aftersales service non exsistent. Not good, was going to purchase bathroom from them, now gone elsewhere.

Appalling service, went to store and turned away stating only appointment !! No notice on door, I wouldn't recommend them to any one, turning business away in this climate. Attitude of the person that came to the door, go spend you £££ to an open door.

I honestly am lost for words. I have explained my concerns to the owner who found it really funny that my ceiling was pouring with water. Only interested in getting paid and not delivering any form of customer service. Please avoid. You have been warned.

Never had a poorer experience, the owner is interested only in money and has no consideration for the customer. The job went wrong from day 1 and got worse. 12 weeks of anguish, disruption stress and broken promises. 12 months on we are suffering tiles have fallen off the wall and they refuse to correct. Please take my advice and use another firm to complete your works.

Appalling customer service - quoted 2 weeks, it is now month 5 and bathrooms still incomplete. One of the taps fitted in the working bathroom also not working and although reported it to Andrew, no action has been taken to fix it. Customer service has been appalling. They refuse to take my calls, and don't answer my emails. They have been disappointing from beginning to end. We had intended to buy a kitchen from them but I wouldn't entertain the idea of giving them any more work. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
