Cobble-Print in Sutton Coldfield

I had my drive done 5 years ago with Cobbleprint and was promised a service of a 3 year reseal, more or less I noticed that the deal on the drive showed tyre marks.
On the 3rd year I phoned the office to speak to Louise ...I was too of the list! 4th years later, I am still too of the list!
I decided to email, but the email system apparently doesn't always work.
We are coming into the 5th year now and a month ago my neighbor cracked my drive, so against my better judgement I asked Louise to get Darren to come and repair it my neighbor was going to pay, still no return call.
I would not recommend Cobbleprint, customer service is appalling!
