The Jukebox Shop Ltd in Lye, Stourbridge

Just had the worst experience of a Jukebox Restoration from this company who call themselves the best in the UK. (Well they would, wouldn't they)
Been charged just short of £4,000 for 41 hours work when it probably took them 4 hours tops.
It took them 17 months to complete even though months before i was told that it was close to being ready, when in fact following my telephone call to them they were calling other restorers for them to take the job on as they didn't want to do it.
It was filthy when it arrived and did not work, the whole restoration was of a very poor standard. I explained the restoration that I wanted done and found that the majority of things hadn't been done.
They asked me to pay by Bacs (please don't pay using this method) as you are not covered just in case you have issues like i have had.
I have had to go to Trading Standards with regard to this company and only use them at your own risk (You have been warned). Don't be fooled by their sales patter, once they have your money that is the last you will hear from them.
