We viewed and put down a deposit on a flat, signed all the paperwork and were told that all was confirmed by themselves and the landlord for our new property.
However, we arrived at the property to collect our keys and move in, only to find that the landlord had no idea we existed; the estate agents hadn't bothered informing him of our deposit and reservation of the property, and he had since moved another group of tenants in!

In person they were apologetic about their mistake, promised to find us a new place to replace the other one, only to hear nothing from them for days on end, and when we demanded our money back, they procrastinated to the point where it took daily phone calls to even receive updates on the status of our refund.

We were told by our potential landlord this is not the only time they've dropped the ball - they are known for being disorganised. Avoid using this company!
