Call A Skip (UK) Ltd in Birmingham

Wish I could give zero stars…We had to take legal actions due to: the driver who delivered the skip, placed the skip too close to our driveway brick wall, when collected, they totally smashed the wall. We had footages and witness too however they informed us they not taking any responsibilities. We contacted them numerous times regarding compensation with no success, not even an apology and not to mention we had to wait 33 days for collection, not even communicated about reason of delay, we had to keep contacting them for collection. The most disgraceful service I have ever used and they advertising themselves the best skip hire company in West Midlands….what a joke…. the drivers are not competent and unable to carry out a risk assessment on delivery. Please not use them, as they not taking any responsibilities for any damage, do not waste your time and money, use companies which has liability insurances please!
