Mayfair Hair in Horsham

On Saturday lunchtime we took my father into Horsham for a hair cut. Dad has dementia and this was his first trip away from his care home for many weeks. After being met with contempt from another barbers, we decided to try Mayfair and they were just wonderful. Jo, who gave up her lunchbreak to attend to Dad treated him with such respect and civility, so much so that he didn't want to leave! Thank you to all the staff for their kindness and for making what could have been a demoralising experience in to one that we his family will remember always. And we will return!

Had bad experience. Bad cut with chunks missing out of hair. Complained and was basically made out to be a liar by rude manager. Only for grannies it seems. Not up to date with cuts or use of tools. Avoid.
