Lloyds Pharmacy in Hurstpierpoint, Hassocks

The Lloyds Pharmacy in Hurstpierpoint seems to be having great difficulty preparing prescriptions with any degree of speed. My mother is currently in need of many medicines which have recently been changed by the doctor on several occasions and sent electronically to the chemist. However, not once has the medicine been ready when I or my father have gone to collect. I have waited between 15 minutes to 45 minutes for just one item during which time the poor staff have been fending off comments from a string of other people who came in for their items, one of them muttering 'Oh what a surprise it's not ready'. Also the items are very often not in stock at all and when I return the next day after the time I have been asked to come in, the item is still not ready. I feel sorry for the staff who look embarassed as they try to explain but someone needs to find a solution.
