Casson & Co.Ltd in Huddersfield

Bought a pair of shoes for my 7 year old daughter on the 16th of February, by the first week in March they had fallen apart. Took them back and asked for a refund or exchange only to be told by the elderly male shop assistant that this was not possible. He told me that I shouldn't expect anything else as I had purchased a cheap pair of shoes. His interest in my complaint was zero and he clearly saw my request as an intrusion on his love affair with his mobile phone. His attitude was disgusting and my advice to anyone reading this would be to avoid this shop at all costs as they are selling goods that are not fit for purpose.
