I only gave one star as it is the minimum - I really rate them as zero stars.
How do I start, maybe they are better at commercial hire than domestic... they are rubbish (excuse the pun) at domestic.
Firstly I telephoned twice but got no answer so I used the online request a call back... Which I did not receive. Maybe that should have been an indicator of their appalling customer service. I then persisted to telephone for the next few days and hey, they could deliver the following day (new years eve). Fantastic; I phoned them a few hours after delivery as I only had carpets (textiles) etc to put in and asked for collection. No problem I was informed, due to the holidays it would be on the Friday 02 Jan. Nope, I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited until the following Tuesday; still no collection. Another call and i'm told (by the same woman) that no one would have agree to a Friday delivery but they will be there by the end of the week. Following week - still no collection, I call and I'm informed that the yard is closed with no further collections. Following week I'm told they will be there soon. that Friday my wife calls and is informed no drivers are in work and they will try and get there next week. The following Friday (approx. 1 month later) the skip is gone.... I did want 2 further skips as I have ripped and the kitchen and landscaped the garden since.... business lost for them but I am appalled at the poor customer service; clearly they are not that interested in domestic hiring. Their prices aren't that competitive either; I ordered a midi and was only delivered a mini for £115....
