Springwell Easy Let in Headingley, Leeds

I have been renting a three bedroom house in Leeds area with Sprigwell for over 9 months. I would not recommend this agency to anyone due to their rude staff, and the number of complaints we have made on the house. Whenever Springwell have attended a complaint, they often only do half the job, always leaving a mess for us to clean up after them.
When visiting the offices, the staff are not helpful and speak down on you.
I'm looking forward to the day when our contract with Springwell is over and we finally get to move out of our over-priced, mouldy, cold house that is falling to pieces. I don't have a single good thing to say about the agency.

Wouldn't recommend them at all. Been a nightmare from the start. The women at headingley office are rude and no help whatsoever. Take forever to get anything fixed or even looked at and when eventually sorted the house is left a mess. Decided to do a refurbishment of the house half way through our tenancy in which we were informed 2 days before and so therefore couldn't live in the house for a week. Overall a bad unprofessional letting agency.
