Supercigs in Leeds

I have to say i have never experienced such poor customer service anywhere than in your cross gates store. The 2 main members of staff, blonde hair small with glasses and small lady with an eye compliant. They just can't wait to snap at you as soon as you go in. Their measures they have in place for covid-19 are foolish. They dont make any sense and when you ask why you get abused. They were ignorant before this epidemic but now they are taking this to a whole new level. You have chosen to stay open during this so if you dont like it close the shop, dont take it out on your paying customers. Appalling.
