Had card for one month before cancelling. Got charges 95.00 for bounced direct debit that was due to there fault, credit has taken 3 weeks so far to be raised and hasn't been refunded onto my account yet last payment is now due. Rip off. Apparently no one you speak to has any authority other than to pass the buck. Steer clear.
