19 years old. Was charged double usual amount at 2am and asked to pay upfront halfway through taxi ride. No meter was running during the journey. I refused and rang operator; who hung up and driver asked me to leave car, in the middle of nowhere. Will never use again!
My daughter 19 years of age was in leeds at half one in the morning after leaving her friends and she had to pay £35 to get home which should have cost £12. Do not use this taxi firm.
