Aslams Interiors Ltd in Bradford

I bought carpet from aslams and also had a problem. The carpet came up near the skirting board. Contacted them and the employee, Nadeem assured me he would send somebody to sort it out. Been calling them for two weeks but they keep making excuses. If you do buy carpet from them have it fitted by a separate company. Very disappointing.

Stay away from Aslams. They do not care about they customers as long as they have been paid. I got my floor lamimated by them this year 2015 and the planks have split and now they are overlapping. This is because they placed the laminating floor on an uneven surface and did not bother leveling the floor prior to the job. They said they will fix it at an additional cost of £65 which i agreed to pay but no one has been to fix the floor. I am now taking them to a small claims court for damages and i will see this through and make sure these

Cowboys pay me every penny back!! If they dont i will be taking a county court judgement against them!

I bought carpet from Aslams Interiors in December 2013 and week later I discovered a bubble in one of the room with the new carpet. I contacted Aslams interiors and I spoke to the same person who sold me the carpet.

I told him about the bubble and he assured me that he would send someone around to sort it out. But no one has ever come around or tried to contact me. I have contacted Aslams numerous times after that to ask them when they will come to fix the problem, but they just don't seem to care and just put the phone down.

And now date is 31 March 2014. So now I have decided to contact the Trading Standards. Please be aware of this company before you purchase anything.

I don’t even think that this company even should be rated 1 star because it’s all a lie I’ve been promised delivery many times and it never turned up. I think no one should waste their time and money. Every day waiting when told delivery is going to arrive. Had a bad Eid because I had no nothing to sit on as I was promised delivery a long time ago so I got rid of my old sofas.
Also they didn’t bother to ring me to let me know why delivery hadn’t arrived. Also when I contacted the company they didn’t answer many numbers I tried but they were avoiding me.
I just want a full refund after being messed around.
Please do not get messed around.

I have also had a very bad experience with this company- I bought a bedroom set from them and after fitting it for me I found that the base and mattress were too small for the bed, not to mention awful quality. I asked for a full refund of my original £600 deposit. So far I have only received £400 and they are refusing to pay the rest even after threats of taking them to the small claims court. Stay away from this company!!
