Absolutely appalling service, my husband was stranded with no money,card so I tried to ring to pay over the phone, they sent me a link via the app which didn’t work, when I called back they just said nope can’t do that bye and put phone down, and then the driver drove off!!! Very rude on phone, Need to learn some basic business skills!
