Trained at the British Academy of New Music, Neil has been teaching in schools for more than 7years, and currently teaches at Davenant Foundation School, Debden Park High School and Ilford County High School.
For the past 25+ years Neil has performed in various bands, as a solo artist, and as an accompanist and has experience of all forms of contemporary music (e.g. Rock, Pop, Funk, Soul, Jazz, Blues, Folk etc.).
Neil has a relaxed and supportive teaching style and encourages creativity, self-expression and confidence, as well as the learning of technique, relevant theory and performance skills.
He is experienced in teaching the Rockschool and RGT Grades for electric, acoustic and bass guitar to students of all ages and abilities.
