Nuovo Mulino in New Mill, Holmfirth

Truly Awful. We live five minutes drive from this take away and so thought we’d try it. A matter of seconds into placing my order the man on the phone shouted Quickly. Quickly” at me. I pointed out that he was being rude and he immediately went off the phone. When he came back he stated “I’m really busy”. I informed him that I also run my own business and that this was no way to speak to a customer. He did not apologise or appear to take this on board. We ordered a donner kebab and a vegeatarian pizza. Despite the menu saying the kebab comes with a generous portion of salad it actually came with one tiny sliver of tomato and some lettuce, the latter of which was mostly off and so inedible. My wife said the vegetables on her pizza were also off. Needless to say the menu has gone in the bin and we shan’t he using again. I’d recommend you avoid this place unless you want appalling customer service and terrible food.

Excellent pizza, pepperoni with frys is absolutely delicious. Pizza is made fresh, delivery always on time and very reliable. Absolutely recommended!!!

Nuovo Mulino (new mill in italian) is the best pizza takeaways ever! I always order from here when I'm in the area, which happens quite often as of late. They have one of the best pizzas you could get. Pizza Calzone is too good to be real (except it is!) Friendly staff and delivery works well. Recommended.
