Lupset Bargain Centre in Wakefield

My washer dryer broke down this morning. Rang them (On a Sunday, they've just left) and they came out with a replacement machine in a couple of hours, fitted it, took the old broken one away. Mrs P can now get on with washing the kids school stuff for tomorrow. Couldn't thank them enough.

Looks like I'm not alone in experiencing their levels of 'customer service'

Do not use this company, yes they may be cheap but you get what you pay for.

Their products are faulty and not even clean when you get them, bought a dryer off them and that and its replacement both did not work properly. Refused to let me speak to manager or come out and replace/fix it.

DO NOT USE.

Avoid Lupset Bargain Centre! I had the misfortune of buying a washer, cooker and fridge freezer there. Now, for the price I wasn't expecting top of the range goods, however I do expect them to be of good working order. Firstly the washer didn't work but eventually he came out to repair and is now adequate. However the freezer part of fridge freezer has never worked - arranged two separate occasions for him to come and repair/replace, however he no showed on both these times. Refusing to give a refund, therefore have contacted trading standards and the police. If I could give no stars I would! Please save yourself the money and hassle and do not do business with them!
