After coming across Mr Brown searching for a chiropodist on Google, I contacted him, but as he was unavailable I left a message.

Mr Brown contacted me back and was very friendly, easy to talk to and professional, all of which made me feel comfortable and reassured myself that I was in capable hands. My appointment was arranged for two days later at a time which suited me (big points if you work long hours and 6 days a week).

Having explained my symptoms Mr Brown have me a very insightful examination and help solve my problem which had been plaguing me for months. The consultation/procedure room was a bit old school (luckily for me I like old school) and every step taken was explained thoroughly. I have never visited a chiropodist before but the whole experience was very positive and I now have very happy feet.
