Bar Santiago in Leeds

I have just been in bar Santiago to enjoy an early drink before eating at Thai arroy dee my husband got us 2beers we sat on the seats in the window placed our drinks on the wooden shelf a coup, e of minuets later my drink fell off the shelf as it was not level the girl behind the bar came to clean it up and I asked her for a replacement she said she was not allowed to do this as she didn't see what had happened so I said I would call after eating to see the manager which I did I have never in my life been spoken to like he spoke to me telling me to f**k off calling me a nasty c**t wanting to get a free drink this in view of the only 2customers in the bar beware of the manager I am a 63 year old woman and am appalled with the attitude of this man.
