We met the manager, Gordon Leckie, in the days before the funeral on 12th May 2017 of Mr Phil Harding. We feel compelled to write a review because the service, help and advice we received was absolutely 1st class. We were impressed by Gordon's obvious wealth of experience but he clearly wanted to make sure the family's wishes were carried out in totality. Gordon is a real gentleman and gave us confidence that everything on the day would be done in a professional, compassionate and yet efficient way. We can honestly say that the McCleary team provided a service that was beyond our expectations and their attention to detail was very impressive. Gordon guided us through each step that would be taken and when he took us through his check-list we realised that his experience was 'second to none'. He showed an incredible 'knack' of being there if we needed him on the day, but not being overbearing or intrusive. We cannot speak too highly of the professionalism that was shown and the service provided could not be faulted in any way. Many thanks Gordon and the whole team. (Colin & Christine Raggett)
