Wyvern Service Station in Worcester

Took car to these people, they left me with an unsafe car, nuts and bolts missing, cable loom multiplug disconnected, abs light on engine management lift on airbag light on they forgot to bolt down the battery, they charged for replacing head lamp bulbs but didn't do - broke one headlight and left me at 8pm with illegal lights. Too many issues to list here.

Rip off! Failed to tell me that the part they'd ordered couldn't be returned if it didn't fix the problem with my vehicle. I inadvertently paid the bill to then realise they hadn't even fitted the new part and told me it didn't work. Charged me for the labour, the part PLUS VAT for it all for absolutely nothing! Refused to give refund or any remorse for their failure to tell me that the part couldn't be returned.
