Oak Farm Kennels in Sambourne, Redditch
Oak Farm Kennels
There are things more important to dogs than pretty accomodation, these are: love, care, attention, good matching with other dogs, long opportunities to play and have dog pals! This is the experience your dog will have at oak farm. Sean loves dogs and they him, he is however firm - he is the top dog. I drove from Solihull to oak farm because Coco loved it. She did go to a local kennel but couldn't get out quick enough and cowered at being returned. The drive was worth it! We've moved to devon now and I'll miss oak farm.
This is the second time we have used Sean at Oak Farm Kennels, the first time was to take our dog out to the Netherlands and as he was so good we decided to use him to bring our dog back again. Sean kept us informed regularly of his progress, gave us an expected time of arrival and turned up when expected.
He made sure before leaving that the passport was correct before leaving. He has a secure and comfortable van to transport the dog. The kennels are fantastic, clean, secure and comfortable. Our dog was delivered to us at home, after our move, and dog came back happy and healthy. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely use again. Very happy with all aspects of the service that Oak Farm Kennels provided. A++.
We have used the kennels a few times and have been very happy with the service it provides. It is set in the beautiful countryside away from the road. Sean has been very helpful and looked after our German shepherd very well. She suffers from dermatitis and needed brushing on regular basis, which he did. When we collected her from two weeks away he told us about her and how she behaved in great length and we were very pleased to see her in good shape and well looked after. We will leave our dog with them any time we go away without worrying about her well being and we wholeheartedly recommend the kennels.
My dog spent a week at Oak Farm Kennels, he came out with two front paws infected and a rash on his chest and neck. The owner says he put collar on him but that's all he done he didn't call a vet for advice despite having my vets details or even a local vet. I appreciate pets can become ill while away from home but to do nothing is wrong. I've asked to owner to pay the vet bill but he says he's not a fault. My dog's on antibiotics, it is going to take a long time to get him right. My vet was totally shocked by the condition of my dog.
