Mount Pleasant Windows Ltd in Redditch

We have purchased the property where upvc Windows where fitted by Mount Pleasant Ltd. I can't understand how they manager to get away with previous owner/there client, but as I own the property now I had to put this out in light. It's absolutely shocking, the wind is gushing trough as there is barely any silicone on the outside or none at all, when I took the plastic beads of the inside reveals the light was shining in, some places you could stick your fingers trough, some of the windows hasn't been fixed/screwed properly and they wobble about quite badly, that's the reason I pulled them plastic beads/covers off as the silicone was all cracked away and I could feel the wind coming trough, will report them to FENSA, email them pictures and video footage. There license should be looked at properly. Window quality isn't best at all, glazing beads not fitted/cut well, most of the openings don't work properly, handles catching the frame. Avoid big time, terrible!
