Bill Rose Driving Tuition in Charlton, Pershore

i had booked a driving lesson for 10am on the 11/02/15. I had allowed 10 minutes to be on time, after waiting on both sides of pershore broad street I decided to give up due to not seeing even a "L" plated car. Not to criticise bill rose. He is unreliable and not remotely good with time keeping. I had rung him... no answer, so I left him a message to ring me back. Still haven't heard from him 2 hours later.
