Third Bridge Holiday Home for Dogs and Cats in Haddenham, Ely

Terrible place!!
I should of heard the alarm bells when they were the only kennels available!!!
I left my Yorkshire terrier here for 4 weeks and returned to my dog in the worst shape I could have imagined!! He had lost so much weight that his spine and ribs were viable! When I questioned it, I was told it happened to all dogs in kennels and it was just brushed off. When I asked what he was being fed I was told a mixture of foods, like pedigree and cheaper brands, when the website clearly states they serve James well beloved!! On closer inspection, I saw that his bum was very red and raw, so I called and asked if he had had an upset stomach and was told yes, for one day and on that day they didn't feed him!! He was sent home with poo all down his tail and back legs, his toys were covered in poo and he hadn't been bathed in 4 weeks and had not had daily walks as promised, but just allowed to run around a small grassy patch. I am very disappointed that this kennel is allowed to call itself a luxury holiday home for dogs, when it is more like a puppy pound!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
