I have given these people one star, but that is only because zero stars is not permitted. These people are completely useless. They do not respond to any phone calls or emails, having accepted commissions to do work. In my case, it was work on my late wife's gravestone, which they agreed to do then never bothered with the design. They then failed to respond to a number of chasing calls and letters, falsely saying that they would ring back in a few minutes, but never doing it. This went on over months.
