BEWARE! Do not use these cowboys. They installed me 3 doors last year under the name Crystal Home Improvements, 1 door now totally unusable after various problems, i have phone and emailed time after time, just getting messed about, and passed from pillar to post. So far i have dealt with Judith, Vanessa and James think they have also gone into administration which would explain name change! Yes thats right, they are one of them companies that love to change their name now and again. I am now going through the process of fensa and cpa. They take your money, then leave you in the lurch. Appalling company - no integrity. Took our substantial deposit and ran, no response to emails, phone calls or even an apology. Shut down website, turned off the phones and went on holiday - probably with the money stolen from their customers. We are currently trying to recover our £8k deposit through legal channels. I note that they are now back in business, same name same premises and Cearan Brewer as MD - be warned tread carefully and order your windows form another company!
