Russell's Fresh Meats in Upwell, Wisbech

With three friends, I visited the Hare Pub and Restaurant in Stow Bardolph last week whilst I was visiting relatives in Upwell, where I was born. I now live in Stockholm, Sweden having left the village of my birth over 50 years ago. Imagine my surprise when I saw, on the Specials Menu, duck breast from Paul Russell, which is my name. Of course I chose the duck, and it was excellent.
