Poor service, cleaners in too much of a rush to get job done properly and certainly not worth the highly inflated prices. Lots of promises prior to service provision but didn't live up to them, not even basic promise to cobweb all rooms as standard, I didn't see a feather duster (or similar) on any of their 4 visits - minimum contract or prices even more extortionate.

One of the most expensive rates. Clean was good to start with but after 3 months the crew was changed and the quality dropped significantly so much do that we were having to clean after they had been. After pointing this out to the owner, I was told that this was all they could do. At no time did they inspect the quality of the clean to try and fix the problem or offer a refund. One cleaner in particular was rude to my wife, completely blanking her when she opened the door to let them in. So if you want expensive, low and inconsistent quality with poor management and rude offensive cleaners then sign up. I've found alternatives though.
