I rang A2Z and asked them to come to have a look at our roof which i wasn't sure whether it was leaking. Sean had said over the phone it was a free quote. He came on the same day. However, it turned out that there was no leak and he checked our gutters which were fine except for some leaves obscuring the drain. Then he asked for money for coming out as there was no work to be done. We gave him £5 as a goodwill gesture. But he said that that was too little amount and wanted £10. I thought that this was extremely unprofessional because we had agreed on the phone that there was no charge for a quote. When we refused to give him £10 he became angry and extremely rude saying we should never call him again and he insulted us by saying we were people with problems. A2Z roofing are highly unprofessional, i feel intimidated and would urge people NOT to contact A2Z Roofing for quotes.
