Flowers by Gaynor in Chester

Was meant to receive Valentines Flowers before 1PM and they failed to do so. Then they took the phone off the hook so Interflora couldn't contact them to see what was going on... been calling them for 3 hours now and no response. Avoid this company if you want to do something special for someone like having flowers delivered... really ruined my day! I will now find any place to write feedback on this company as there customer service and lack of organisation is ridiculous, next time I need flowers I'll ask my 5 year old to go down the park and pick some daisys rather than use Flowers By Gaynor in Chester!
