Richard Fagan Tree Surgery in Lower Kinnerton, Chester

Very Disappointing, employed to do hard landscaping in November 2014, still hasn't returned to correct major faulty work completed: Comes across as professional and trustworthy. unfortunately the work completed:
1) Used the poorest quality of materials possible
2) Large quantities of earth paid to be removed from site were dumped/hidden in my neighbours garden.
3) A simple concrete base for a shed was laid in the wrong place and unfit for purpose (6 inch fall from right to left over a 2 metre width at the rear and a 2 inch fall from left to right at the front)

When Rich Fagan was shown these faults he tried to blag that the sloped concrete was recommended for drainage! and that the dumping of waste material on neighbouring property was my fault for not being on site to tell him not to dump it on my neighbours property..

Needless to say i would not recommend mr Fagan's services.

Originally employed to take down 4 trees. Started the job and didn't return to complete it for almost a year. Then he was supposed to erect a fence - took about the same time. Not particular high quality materials. Took £300 deposit for gates which have never been supplied. Still waiting for return of deposit. Has not treated the stumps or removed wood and debris as originally quoted for. The work that was done was ok at best.
