Power Tune in Widnes

Took my Lexus is 220d to Powertune in Widnes for DPF removal which after about 4 attempts of trying to cure the warning lights coming on and going into limp mode decided to try a guy I found on the lexus forums from ecu Techtronic in the eccles area of Manchester.He sorted the mess out that powertune had created and fitted a different emulator explained everything he had done to the car and even delivered it to my home address.I would not advise anyone with a Lexus to use Powertune in Widnes for DPF removal just not up to it.

Sent my UCU into Power Tune for repair, it came back with no difference to the car, (still in limp mode). Returned ECU back to them explaining this. A week later had ECU back but with same problem. I had another scan test done on the car to make sure whether or not it was functioning as it should, or something else was amiss. The findings were conclusive, the ECU was not functioning as i should. I have asked them for my £180 back, but they are not interested.
