CSS Granite in Widnes

No quibble about the quality of work or material or price BUT the service was appalling. Waited without worktop or sink for more than 2 weeks and kept being fobbed off with excuses until finally admitted they could not get the granite we wanted. Finally fitted it and got the plumbing wrong; hot and cold taps connected to the wrong sides and the dishwasher not plumbed into water supply (cost me £70 to get a plumber out). Response from "John" (apparently the owner) to my complaint and query as to what he proposed to do? "I haven't got a clue". He promised to make enquiries and get back to me; of course he never did. Thank god a granite worktop is an investment for life as I certainly would not want have a similar experience. I cannot honestly recommend them based on our experience.
