We have a Terrys melody 2 lift. It is a good lift. It was put in for my fiancé who has primary progressive multiple sclerosis and needs to use it to reach the pavement and his car, we have had it for 9 years and have paid just under £1,700 for a repair contract. Just over 2 weeks ago it broke down and despite many promises of repair the best they have done is send out an engineer who did not know how to repair it. Now we are waiting for another man who also is not familiar with the lift. We were promised a top engineer would be here today. The lift is good but their standard of repair is VERY BAD, nor can they be believed about the service.
we have waited over 6 months for the lock on the top gate to be fixed. I would look carefully before you commit to this firm. they need to be on your doorstep.
