I learned with Joan over 21 years ago, and I fully agree with what Anonymous said, you always had a full hour not like some who stop for up to 10- 15 minuets doing nothing, it is true Joan wants you to pass! she was annoyed with me when i failed the second time her words were think of the cost! so give her a chance; for it is up to you the learner to take notice of her years of expert advice. One satisfied diver.

Joan was was good at the start until she's fobbed me off last minute so close to my driving test due to me missing a lesson. Tried to get in contact with her but no answer from her side so I have gone to more reliable instructors who have gave more driving knowledge.

Joan is amazing, after struggling learning to drive for a long time I found Joan who is patient, calm and above all an excellent instructor, she puts me at ease and I have learnt so much. She wants you to pass and puts 101% into teaching you.
