When my dad passed away in July '17, we knew that we wanted a specific type of funeral, with certain criteria. They were fantastic - they listened, they helped, they were attentive and caring throughout. On the day of the funeral, they were professional and unobtrusive and simply helped to make it a very special and poignant day. Would highly recommend them.
