My husband and I appreciate the fact that you are treated with respect, as a person and not just a number. The staff are jolly, pleasant and very helpful, ready to give an honest opinion when advice is sought on frames etc. Also you are not pushed to replace specs if what you have are ok (unlike some who almost insist on new every time)
