Dealt with this company in may 2014. What can I say!

First of all, he turned up twenty minutes late to viewing a property, when finally arrived wasn't greeted with a smile or even a how do you do. Was very rude and appeared judgmental. The next day I rang to get reference form which said he would post as well as email as I didn't have a printer. I did not receive the papers at all.

When I rang the company to drop them off, he was hesitant. When I finally did drop them off, I heard nothing back. I constantly had to ring them daily to see where they was up to. I spoke to the sales rep to finally see where we stood in the matter and he said he would contact us when he had spoken to the landlord as there was two applicants including myself. Three days had passed and the company didn't even had the decency to ring us either way.
