AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Would not recommend this company to anyone - the owner called to have a look at my faulty fridge freezer. I asked him to write a report as it was only 2 years old & I had contacted Homebase where I purchased it & they asked me to send in a report from engineer. He spent about 5 mins in my house & wrote me a report which totalled 6 words but not specifying any particular fault! Charged me £40 for that! Sent it in to Homebase who contacted me to say there was nowhere near enough detail for them to go on. Contacted owner who stated he could not write anything further on the report as he did not want to be held liable!!! I am now £40 out of pocket & still have faulty fridge freezer...avoid at all costs. Have also spoken to another unsatisfied customer who was ripped off by this company.
