Mallon Brothers Funeral Directors is an independent family run business providing a professional, caring and understanding service to bereaved families when it matters most. Mallon Brothers was established in 1994 by two twin brothers Michael and Edward.
Michael and Edward had worked with local Funeral Directors before opening their own business with many years of experience between them and they went on to do many funerals and weddings in and around Belfast and throughout Ireland. Michael then introduced his oldest son Michael into the funeral profession and weddings in 1995 Michael snr came to ill health and had to close his own Funeral Directors but still worked part time for a local Funeral Director who was very good to him his son Michael helped on the wedding end of the business until 2007 when he opened a new Funeral Directors himself and with his father’s help they started doing Funerals in 2008 Michael snr was struck down with cancer and his son took time off to look after him in 2009 Michael snr passed away due to cancer so now in 2017 Mallon Brothers is owned and Established by Michaels two sons Jonathan and Christopher taking it into the 3rd generation of the Mallon family to enter into the funeral profession with the help of their father who has taking time off to help his two sons Jonathan and Christopher to succeed in their new business.
Mallon Brothers Funeral Directors is owned by the two Brothers Jonathan and Christopher they started with one core principal which we believe in today “Providing an honest and understanding service for people who want the best for their loved ones” Our family have many years of experience in helping bereaved families through an emotional time in their lives, giving honest and sound advice with a professional yet a personal approach.
We understand that every funeral is a highly delicate and emotional occasion.
Where our family will do everything they can to meet your family’s personal requirements, we can give advice on a number of personal preference’s, from death notices, flowers, music, horse and carriage to pre-paid funeral plans and DHSS payments all approved and trusted by our family, we work from home so we are here 24 Hours 7 Days a week 365 days a year and it will always be a member of our family meeting a member of your family at this delicate and emotional time.
