Dreadful. Took measurements for double glazing windows, then brought ones that didn't fit, so took an angle grinder to them to try and get them fitting but they were installed on a slant, with parts hidden so they would not have been passed by surveyor. He then got a plasterer to cover damage he caused to the window structure, so the windows could not even be opened! He did this while my husband in hospital critically ill. We had to get another installer to replace all the windows he had installed at the front of the house. We have now had to bring in a builder to help trace water leaks at the back of the house and he found that the windows were not sealed when fitted. This has led to water damage inside the house. Tom Arkins has cost us a great deal of money, time and frustration. Don't be taken in by his bonhomie, he cost us about £3, 500. He promised to put matters right but never appeared.
