I had work completed by this company - a replacement boiler and rads - ended up complaining to Corgi, and Corgi themselves had to issue a certificate for the work as this company hadn't bothered.

They damaged other items in the house while doing the work, and tried to charge me £25 for thermostatic rad controller on each of the 8 radiators instead of the £3.50 that they actually cost, and then they put them on my radiators and insisted they charge me even though I had told them not to. (I told them where to go in no uncertain terms).
