Visions in Carnoustie

This is the second time we have rented lately from this shop and three dvds have jammed. We tried them in different DVD players but were the same. The owner explained to my wife that he does not have time to clean the DVDs? What a joke. There is never anyone in the place. It only takes seconds to do. However I think the bigger picture is that these are old, unkept DVDs. Shocking service.
